As Patersons CEO, Andrew Pearson leads the next phase of growth for this award-winning provider of integrated global payroll services.
Prior to joining the company in 2010, he was Managing Director, EMEA at IntraLinks. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for sales, marketing and business development operations across EMEA and APAC for information security vendor Workshare. He later assumed global responsibility for Workshare’s document control market unit, managing engineering, QA, product marketing and product management of the company’s flagship product lines. Mr. Pearson was a key founding member of enterprise content management leader Vignette’s European management team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and an MBA degree from Warwick Business School.
