CloudPay Payroll. Patersons combines our own global payroll engines which support all the world’s major economy countries together with payroll provider partner management covering 160 countries to enable a flexible solution that can be configured and operated for any group of countries in support of global payroll needs.
CloudPay International Payroll Workflow (IPW). IPW solves the challenges of management international payroll, allowing the validation and authorization of payroll data globally, with complete integration with Treasury capability and a full workflow audit trail ensuring SSAE 16 / ISAE 3402 (formerly SAS 70) and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
CloudPay Employee and Manager Self Service. Self Service empowers staff and management to handle a wide range of tasks. Employees can view monthly payslips, submit absence/vacation requests and review remaining vacation entitlements, and can update bank details, addresses and other personal information. Managers are assigned to employees through CloudPay ESS and full manager notification and sign-off procedures are presented within workflow processes.
CloudPay Document Manager. A secure online repository and transfer capability is enabled through CloudPay Document Manager, allowing transfer of files and data required for efficient payroll management, supported by flexible permissions based access controls.
