Patrick Wack joined the Patersons Board of Directors in August 2009. Mr. Wack is a venture partner at Rho Capital and sits on several boards.
For the last 20 years, Mr. Wack has successfully helped create and lead high growth companies in technology and health care services. Most recently, as CEO of IntraLinks, he led the company from $15mm to $125mm in revenue. IntraLinks is a pioneer and leader in the Software-as-a-Service space. Mr. Wack currently serves as IntraLinks’ Chairman.
From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Wack was COO of Professional Sports Care Management Inc, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy. During this period, the Company grew from $0 to a public company offering and succesful sale.
Mr. Wack lives in Greenwich, CT. He has a BSE from Princeton University.
