Utilizing a standard set of services, the Payroll Provider Partner network supports a compliant payroll with all local statutory regulations contained in a global payroll solution. Patersons has access to Payroll Provider Partners in over 160 countries worldwide and we have multiple partners in many countries.
Payroll Provider Standard Services
- Payroll Calculations. Calculation of payroll in line with local legislation, delivered within a defined Payroll Calendar.
- Gross to Net. Production, upload and approval of Gross to Net in standard Patersons format via CloudPay International Payroll Workflow (IPW).
- Payslips. Production and delivery of payslips in bulk.
- Payment Data File. Production and uploading of Payment Data File in standard Patersons format to CloudPay.
- Payroll Change Management. Processing all monthly payroll changes (starters, leavers, sickness, absence, bonuses and any other variable pay changes) together with Year End Processing.
- Regulatory Filing. Periodic Tax and Social Security filing (in line with country legislation).
- Payments. Local electronic payment to employees and statutory authorities from customers in-country bank accounts.
- Advice & Additional Services. Notification of localized information and provision of processes unique to the country.
