Richard holds responsibility for Patersons’ Delivery teams, ensuring all engagements are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
Prior to joining Patersons in April 2011, he previously served as EMEA Services Director at SaaS vendor Concur, a leading provider of integrated travel and expense management solutions, where he lead the Delivery function through high growth over the past 6 years.
Richard’s extensive career has included positions at Pegasystems (formerly Chordiant), the Financial Services Authority in the UK, and Oracle. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
