Patersons provides global support for all implementation projects and live payrolls. Our customer’s authorized regional payroll managers use the Patersons Global Support team as their primary contact point for all new queries that need the attention of Patersons. The Patersons Customer Support Portal acts as the primary mechanism for customers to raise and manage cases. Named email and telephone contact details are also provided.
Once a case has been escalated to Patersons Global Support team, they are responsible for managing the case to successful closure to pre-agreed service levels and timescales.
