Vic joined Patersons in November 2010. As Chief Financial Officer, Vic leads the global Finance Organisation and also takes responsibility for the legal affairs of the Company. He has a proven track record as a finance and operations leader in technology and related industries. His extensive experience includes fund raising, debt management, mergers and acquisitions, all with innovation and growth orientated companies within both publicly quoted and privately held companies.
During his career, he has worked in the telecommunications sector, where he was EMEA Finance Director with Long Distance Europe and European Commercial Director for World Access Europe. He also lead the European finance and legal functions at software vendors Wall Data and IRI. Prior to this, he spent 8 years at Oracle, working to scale and internationalise the business during a high growth period through his leadership and management of finance and operational groups across all geographies outside North America.
Vic qualified at PricewaterhouseCoopers and spent time with Andersen Consulting which was his entry to the technology industry.
